About Us

Having over 30 years of property management and accounting experience Maury is dedicated to superior results for property owners. As our Asset Protection Manager he keeps a close on on the expenses our landlord incurs and works hard for each and every one of them. Maury is active in the Downtown Belleville BIA.

Mehgan is our accounting manager. She works hand and hand with our Asset protection manager to make sure rents are collected and processed on time, bills are paid and financial issues are taken care of. She joined our team more than a year ago and brought with her many years of experience in the financial and property management worlds. Mehgan is a dog lover and when visiting our office you may catch a glimpse of her four legged "baby" Lily.

Carrie is an important part of our team as our Property Manager. She brings years of experience to this role ranging from being a superintendent at a small building to managing high rise buildings in big cities. She is local with lots of local experience and knowledge.

Christal joined our team over a year ago as our Customer Service Manager. She brings with her 20+ years in customer service experience. Christal is our tenant facing representative answering phones, communicating with tenants to resolve issues and processing notices.

In her free time you can find her with her family or finding a quiet place to put her kayak in.

Owner, Property Manager, Landlord, Broker of Record and professional cottage party host, Jamie is hard-working, knowledgeable, and passionate about everything he is involved in. He bought his first property when he was 19, has been a landlord numerous times since then, and now holds 30+ years of experience in the rental and real estate industry.
